As a company, we are a dedicated experience woman\u2019s team with 16 staff members with sub-ordinates who all work on a voluntary basis, willing and able to go above and beyond to meet deadlines and ensure that our team and NPC company goals are met. Our advanced organizational skills and strength across multiple industries, including energy and clean water initiative, helps to insulate us against a downturn in specific markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This means we can easily handle a multitude of projects at once and as mentors have the responsibility to assist project leaders in managing these projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As it should be, our first responsibility during these uncertain times is the Upliftment of our people and communities. We are of the opinion that we have yet to reach development which is a tremendous challenge to us and believe that the next frontier lies in a combination of various small to megaprojects, emergency housing projects, and self-sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
